Efficiency in Citizen Procedures

State bureaucracy is often the primary barrier in the relationship between citizens and public administration. The comprehensive reform of administrative procedures focused on a simple principle: the State cannot ask a person for data that the State itself already possesses. Through the interoperable digitization of civil, tax, and property registries, over two hundred national procedures were simplified.

The single digital portal reduced the average time to register and open a business from 180 days to just 72 business hours. This process not only eliminated the need for physical travel and document duplication but also closed the doors to official discretion and administrative corruption thanks to complete process traceability.

In the second phase of the plan, notification automation will be implemented so citizens receive preventive alerts about license expirations, vaccinations, and tax obligations, allowing them to resolve their procedures with a single click. Less time lost in line means more time dedicated to productive development and personal well-being.
